Case Manager

Michelle Lingebach is a Case Manager, Adult Life Planner, and Family Consultant that draws on her experience as a Service Facilitator, Service Coordinator, ABA Therapist, Mental Health Worker, and Special Education teacher to help families navigate the Waiver and advocate for the highest quality services to meet their children’s needs. Michelle holds a Masters in Special Education, a Masters in Counseling, and a Bachelors in Human Services as well as several other related certifications and more than a decade’s worth of experience, from direct care assistance, group home and residential services, working in the home with children and adults with special needs, to administrative and service coordination work. Her fundamental belief that individuals with disabilities can and should participate in their community, enjoy employment and friendships, as they choose to do so, and in ways that we might all take for granted.
